If you’re cancelling due to Covid, bad weather or any other form of sickness/treatment, your cancellation fee will be waived and you will be able to reschedule one time within a 2 week timeframe. Late fees are an additional $10 after being 10 minutes late, after 15 minutes of being late the client must reschedule and you’ll be sent a notice of cancellation. I DO NOT TAKE DOWN, TOUCH UP OR REPAIR LACE WORK ON STYLES AND WEAVES THAT I DID NOT INSTALL. I NO LONGER DO TOUCH-UPS ON WIG INSTALLS. WIGS ARE NOT FOR LONG TERM WEAR!!! FOR SANITARY AND SKIN HEALTH PURPOSES, YOU WILL HAVE TO BOOK A NEW SERVICE WITH EVERY NEW INSTALL THAT IS WORN MORE THAN 3 DAYS. Squeeze-in fees are an additional $75 on top of the initial service fee. Early-bird fee is an additional $30 on top of the cost of your chosen service (early-bird time starts between at 7:30-8am and the appointment is placed on my schedule manually after the deposit has been received). ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS I HAVE TO CANCEL FOR MY OWN PERSONAL REASONS, rescheduling conflicts or unless there was a site glitch or misunderstanding with e-payments or cash sharing apps. PLEASE NOTE: RESCHEDULING MUST BE DONE WITHIN 24-48 HRS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE THE SAME DEPOSIT ONCE. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE MORE THAN ONCE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT A NEW DEPOSIT. PLEASE DO NOT INVITE OR BRING SMALL CHILDREN AND EXTRA PEOPLE WITH YOU TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
